This beautiful hand scraped, wire brushed and oiled oak floor has been fitted with great manner. Once we lifted up old floating floor we recognised that the subfloor is a concrete.

Sika membrane to seal the subfloor and then fitted the floor by Sika T54 adhesive. Everyone wants a crisp neat look to their wood floor . To achieve this, by far the best way is to have the wood floor fitted under the skirting boards.
